Chapter 1...
What's going on?


I wasn't exactly paying attention to my father.i had to admit,hunting was pretty boring."Alright Jade,see that caribou over there?" he said pointing with his nose.My eyes were barley open till i heard him saying somthing and I jumped up"Huh?what?" I mumbled whiping the drule off my face."i said,you see that caribou over there?" he smirked.I narrowed my eyes focusing on the graceful creature."Yeah,what abuot it?" I rolled my eyes and was about to walk away."you,need to learn how to hunt.Your a growing pup Jade..." he said picking me up and setting me back where I was.I groaned and and frowned up at him when he gave me a smile,I hate it when he smiles for some reason."Alright Here's-" i took of in the middle of his words"-what we are going to do.." he sighed,finnishing the sentence. I never felt so free!I laughed loudly heading towards the Caribou.I felt as if i were flying!Until....I heard a shrik echo through my ears.I stoped runnign and looked over my sholder to see what it was.I saw a flock of birds,cawing in the air coming the direction of the pack grounds.the Caribou looked at the sky and took off.I heard a howl,and ran towards it.I stoped when i got to where my father was at"Dad?" i asked looking around.I heard another howl and ran towards it again.Somthing grabbed me by the leg and pulled me into the bushes."Shh!" said a small voice,but I couldn't see what it was,I only could see it's bright golden eyes.It stepped into the light.It was a black wolf cub,about my age."Wha-" he inturupted me"you need to stay quiet.." he whispered then perred through teh bush.I looked out as well.nothing was there....I couldn't se a thing."Alright,it's gone..." he looked at me and smiled"I'm Rimu!" he said,I shook my head"Wait,what's going on?" i asked.Rimu frowned"You wouldn't understand....but...I will tell you one thing,your parents,might be dead...." he looked at the ground then at me.I had a terrible feeling inside,I just felt like I was about to collapse.."I-I-I-I I'm Jade.." i said and gave a big sigh then layed down putting my head on my paws.
